The approved Ssonko sign established the physical standard. The wider hardware-front run then moved through large-format printing, fabrication and finishing before the completed frames were sorted, loaded and installed across the assigned Central Uganda routes.
Steel fabrication, PVC stretching and aluminium-edge finishing have brought the wider Goodwill hardware-front run to completed production in Kampala.

Route loading, delivery, lifting, alignment and mounting are complete across the documented Kampala and Central Uganda hardware fronts.
Printing fed directly into fabrication, stretching and finishing before the framed signs were separated by route and installed at their assigned hardware locations. The three completed stages now hold the full physical progression of the Goodwill rollout.
